"In the past we have been issuing manual invoices and leave the customer to determine what is the proportion and discounts that is given to the customer and the outlets and this we did not have lots of details and we've decided to go with a better solution and hence we chose the Mirnah system. We’ve clearly defined our requirements 700C and the PB80 and the search for turn-key system. And then we have adopted RP32 as a solution for our sales system. We started by building the CMF- customer master files, SKU's - the items and the organization structure.
So, we have started with the own-premise department starting with the vending machines because if we issue an invoice and if we did some mistake at the beginning, it’s just a machine. So there was no problem and after a short period of time, those gaps were resolved and we were ready to go live with pre-sale and route -sale invoices out and issuing invoices to the outlets. The duration of the project was 8 months where we have completed the installation and implementation of 400 plus routes and then we have integrated it with ERP system and OLAP system. We are now getting accurate data with accurate KPI's from the RP32 system that helps us for taking better decisions and we have become a data driven organization after adopting the complete solution from Mirnah"
